Case Study: Total Gut Health & Wellness Centre – LVT Flooring Installation

Project Overview

We recently completed a flooring installation project for the newly opened Total Gut Health & Wellness Centre. Our team supplied and installed ‘Old English Oak’ LVT throughout the clinic, a classic and elegant flooring choice known for its timeless appeal. This installation was essential in creating a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for both staff and patients.

Scope of Work

To ensure a high-quality and durable flooring solution, our installation process included the following steps:

Subfloor Preparation – 

Damp-proof membrane (DPM) was installed to prevent rising ground moisture, ensuring long-term flooring stability. We then applied a latex smoothing compound to create a perfectly level base for the new flooring.

Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) Installation – We installed ‘Old English Oak’ LVT, a hygienic and easy-to-clean solution ideal for healthcare environments. This choice not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the clinic but also provides durability and practicality.

Entrance Matting – To further improve cleanliness and safety, we fitted coir matting at the entrance. This natural and robust material effectively traps dirt and moisture, reducing debris inside the clinic while adding a professional touch to the entryway.
