Case Study: Residential Flooring Transformation – LVT, Carpet & Vinyl Installation

Project Overview We recently completed a full flooring transformation for a residential property in Shepton Mallet, supplying and installing new LVT flooring throughout the ground floor, as well as luxury carpet and vinyl upstairs. This project completely revitalized the home, providing a stylish and practical flooring solution tailored to our client’s needs.

Scope of Work To ensure a flawless and durable finish, our installation process included thorough subfloor preparation and expert fitting. The key steps involved were:

Subfloor Preparation – A self-levelling compound was applied to create a perfectly smooth, flat surface, ensuring optimal adhesion for the floor coverings.

LVT Installation – We installed Woodland Fir LVT in a stunning Herringbone pattern, delivering a timeless and elegant aesthetic to the ground floor.

Carpet Installation – Upstairs, we installed Terra Hazelnut carpet, incorporating high-quality underlay and grippers to enhance comfort and longevity.

Vinyl Flooring in Bathroom – Flooring-grade plywood was installed in the bathroom to create a stable base for the vinyl, ensuring a smooth and secure fit.
