Scope of Work

Subfloor Preparation & Leveling

Upon arrival, we discovered that the existing floor had three different levels, which posed a challenge in achieving the client’s request for a fully level surface. Our expert team undertook the following preparatory steps:

• Application of a Smoothing Compound – To even out the floor and create a stable foundation.

• Epoxy DPM (Damp Proof Membrane) – Applied to prevent any potential moisture from rising through the floor.

• Final Layer of Smoothing Compound – Ensuring a perfectly smooth and level subfloor before installation.

Installation of Flooring Solutions

• Herringbone Design LVT Flooring – We supplied and installed Karndean luxury vinyl tiles in a stylish Herringbone pattern, offering a sophisticated and durable finish ideal for high-traffic areas.

• Fully Bonded Carpet in Bedrooms – To provide comfort and warmth, we installed high-quality carpets fitted durabond, ensuring a secure and long-lasting bond.
