Scope of Work

Subfloor Preparation

To achieve a flawless finish, we carried out essential subfloor preparation before installing the new flooring:

• Flooring-Grade Plywood Installation – Used in both the bedroom and bathroom to create a stable and level surface for the flooring.

• Soundproofing Underlay – In the bedroom, we installed SoundScense soundproofing underlay to enhance acoustic performance and reduce noise transmission.

Installation of Flooring Solutions

• Nordikka ‘Vintage Oak’ LVT in the Bedroom – This luxury vinyl tile was carefully laid to introduce a timeless and sophisticated aesthetic while offering durability and easy maintenance.
